Quanzhou Yangxin Machinery Co., Ltd. recently supplied 100,000 sets of ultra-wear-resistant excavator track bolts and plow bolts to a major copper mine in Africa, effectively resolving frequent failures caused by sand abrasion. The mine's equipment manager confirmed that maintenance intervals for track systems extended from 200 to 800 hours after installation, reducing operational costs by 40%.
Yangxin engineers employed chromium-molybdenum alloy steel and carburizing surface treatment to achieve a tensile strength of 1,200MPa for track bolts – exceeding ISO 898-1 standards by 25%. The unique anti-loosening tooth design withstands extreme vibration, while the conical countersunk structure of plow bolts prevents rock jamming, significantly reducing abnormal wear on track plates.
"Our track links and bolts feature co-engineering," stated Technical Director Li Ming. "When link pin hole tolerance is controlled within ±0.03mm, pairing with Yangxin DIN 7990 standard bolts achieves zero-clearance transmission, minimizing impact damage to undercarriages." The solution has obtained Caterpillar OEM Tier-2 certification.
*Data Insight: Annual production capacity reaches 200 million track bolts. Salt spray resistance exceeds 1,000 hours, with 85% impact toughness retention at -50°C.*
