Yangxin Bolts Extend Maintenance Intervals for Excavator Tracks

A Fujian municipal engineering company reported that 20 excavators using Yangxin track bolts maintained good track conditions after one year of continuous use at Xiamen subway construction sites. Equipment manager Lin Qiang stated: "Bolt replacement intervals extended from 3 to 8 months, saving ¥12,000 per machine annually."

Yangxin's track bolts are made of 45CrMo alloy steel with tempered hardening. At gravel-filled sites, thread wear is 50% less than standard bolts. Paired with specialized plow bolts, they prevent track plate loosening in soft soil conditions.

"Many clients face downtime due to bolt corrosion," said Sales Manager Wang Wei. "Our standard products now feature Dacromet anti-rust coating, extending service life by 30% in humid environments." These bolts now supply 12 domestic construction firms.
