Yangxin Machinery's ¥230 million digital track factory commenced operations in July 2025. Utilizing AI vision inspection, it achieves track shoe flatness tolerance ≤0.05mm, while 6-axis robots automate bolt assembly, boosting monthly track system output to 800,000 units.
In the smart assembly line, each track bolt and plow bolt undergoes 3D scanning before tightening, reaching 98.7% thread fit accuracy. Laser engraving enables full traceability from steelmaking to delivery, reducing defect rates from 0.8% to 0.12%. For track link heat treatment, distributed sensors dynamically adjust quenching gradients, achieving 95% hardness uniformity.
"Digitalization enables mass customization," said Plant Manager Wu Tao. "After inputting mine geology parameters, AI designs reinforcement patterns for track shoes and matches strength-graded bolt assemblies." The factory recently fulfilled Caterpillar’s urgent order – 50,000 lithium mine-specific links delivered to Australia in 15 days.
Capacity: Each line assembles a track system every 70 seconds, with annual output value hitting ¥1.8 billion.
